• 1. Software Products (Digital Delivery)

  - Software license keys and digital products are delivered electronically via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  - License keys are typically delivered within 15 minutes to 2 hours after payment confirmation.
  - In case of delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Contact support if you do not receive your license key.
  - Digital products are non-returnable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• 2. Hardware Products (Physical Delivery)

  - Hardware items are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  - Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours via trusted courier partners.
  - Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
  - Customers receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
  - Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

• 3. Mixed Orders (Software + Hardware)

  - If an order contains both software and hardware items, software license keys are delivered digitally immediately after payment.
  - Hardware items are dispatched separately via courier and tracked individually.
  - Customers may receive multiple notifications for different delivery types.

• 4. Delivery Issues

  - For physical products, delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional charges for re-dispatch.
  - If hardware products are damaged or missing, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for replacement.
  - For digital products, contact support if license keys are not received within 24 hours.

• 5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  - Delivery timelines vary by country.
  - Customs duties, taxes, and additional charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
